Being stuck in the house during these snowstorms has really pushed my level of toddler creativity to new heights. That's saying a lot, because I don't consider myself overly creative when it comes to activities with Lily. I wish I was more so, but I think I might be missing that gene.
So when Lily said "want" to the crafts on top of the fridge, I prayed that she wanted play-doh. Nope. Crayons, foam shapes... not even the coveted markers would do. She refused them all with a sneaky smile on her face. Then I asked, "paint?". Oh, yeah...
Can someone tell me why I even bothered to get the q-tips out? Did I really think she was going to use them?
Notice the Elmo tattoo... Could be worse!
